Lovingly furnished non-smoking guest room on the lower floor of a two-story penthouse in a modern multi-family building, just a short walk from Tübingen’s city center. City parking is available in front of the house—the most affordable near the center, but subject to a fee. An elevator is available. Ideal for small families with up to two children. Upstairs, you will find a play area for children up to 6 years and a cabinet with family games. The large kitchen can be used to prepare bottles, for example. For the youngest, a baby cot with blanket is provided—older toddlers can get in and out independently thanks to a side zipper. For older children, an extra guest bed (85x190 cm) can be provided. The room features a double box spring bed (2x2 m), which can be converted into two single beds upon request (available for an extra fee). Down comforters and pillows as well as hypoallergenic alternatives are available. Upstairs, there is also a breakfast area, which can be set with delicacies upon request (available for an extra fee), the roof terrace—which you are welcome to use in good weather—and three private rooms of the hosts. Guests describe the atmosphere as calm, relaxed, and private. It is common for hosts and guests to hardly meet—discreet privacy is assured. Your own small, modern bathroom with shower is next to the guest room. Amenities include towels, shampoo, shower gel, hand cream, hairdryer, dental floss, deodorant, and more. In the hallway, you may use a mirrored cabinet. The guest room is on the lower floor of the penthouse on the fourth floor of this modern building. Despite the proximity to the city, you will find plenty of greenery around the house. Amenities include a small fridge, espresso machine, kettle, and teas. Snacks, sparkling and still water are free of charge. Note: From January 1, 2026, the city of Tübingen will charge an accommodation tax per person per night. This is not included in the booking price and will be collected separately upon arrival or departure.
